CHAMP CAR
Championship Racing is the oldest open wheel racing series in the U.S. Powered by Ford Cosworth V8 engine, fueled by methanol producing 850 hp. Champ cars are capable of reaching speeds of 240 mph.
INDY CAR
Indy racing series is the newest open wheel series. Indy cars are powered by naturally aspirated Honda engines. They are 3.0 L V8 and limited to 10,300 rpm to produce 650 hp.
Formula 1
Formula 1 is the most recognized motor sport in the world. Recent regulations limited engines to 2.4 L V8 from 3.0 L V10. Formula 1 cars have reached speeds of over 250 mph.
NASCAR
National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) is the largest racing series in the United States. Includes NEXTEL CUP, Bush, and Craftsman Truck Series.
